Free Meditation Classes in Westchester Offered by Sahaja Meditation

sahaja logoPeople of all ages are invited to free Sahaja meditations on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Tarrytown and White Plains. Sahaja is a style of meditation that is currently practiced in more than 90 countries.

“Every person has energy that lies dormant in the sacrum bone. At a Sahaja meditation session, this energy will awaken spontaneously,” says facilitator Diana Rothenberg. “People can have the profound experience of awakening their spiritual energy at their very first session.”

Rothenberg says practitioners of Sahaja meditation embark on a journey of self-realization to know their true essence. “They experience greater balance in their everyday lives as levels of stress and anxiety decrease and health, relationships, and overall well-being begin to improve.”

The weekly meditation meetings take place on Mondays from 7 to 8 p.m. at The Warner Library in Tarrytown, Wednesdays from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. at the YWCA of White Plains, and Thursdays from 7 to 8 p.m. at Santhigram Wellness in White Plains. Location details are found at
