The Annual Natural Living Directory
Natural Awakenings magazine is Westchester and Putnam’s monthly healthy living, healthy planet magazine. In each issue of Natural Awakenings, readers find cutting-edge information on natural health, nutrition, fitness, personal growth, green living, creative expression and the products and services that support a healthy lifestyle.
We feature articles by national authors and local leaders in the complementary/alternative and natural health field.
Additionally, we publish natural living news and list events that are happening locally in our community—as well as around the globe.
Natural Awakenings is Everywhere!
Natural Awakenings is picked up each month at health food stores, local health practitioners and health care facilities, fitness centers, book shops, coffee shops, libraries, and wherever free publications are generally found.
In 2009 Natural Awakenings distributed 20,000 magazines each month throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties at over 600 different locations.
At Events: Pick up literature from our advertising partners at the Natural Awakenings booth, which can be found at Fairs, Expos, Walks, Farmers Markets and at our monthly free Natural Awakenings Night.
