Fit Stop Café Hosts Natural Awakenings Gathering

The next Natural Awakenings Night takes place on Wednesday, March 10 (snow date March 11) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fit Stop Café in Yorktown Heights, NY. These monthly gatherings are a great way to meet and mingle with other Natural Awakenings readers and proponents of healthy living in our area. This event is free, with healthy and delicious refreshments served by Fit Stop owner Stacy Hendrie.

The Fit Stop Café opened last October within the Solaris Sport Club in Yorktown Heights. The cafe welcomes the general public and club members with a nutritious menu of natural foods and a focus on providing healthy choices for people when they dine out. Stacy is a Holistic Health Counselor who helps people look at the wide range of things that impact health—from food and exercise to spirituality and relationships—with the goal of helping her clients to become happier and healthier. She will present her thoughts on healthy eating in general and the Fit Stop Café in particular while inviting us to sample some of her menu selections at our gathering.
