Hemlock Hill Farm, one of the oldest working farms in Westchester County, will be taking orders for fresh Thanksgiving turkeys through November 15.

The De Maria family has been providing the community with all-natural, farm-raised products for more than 70 years—and its role in the community’s Thanksgiving tradition has remained unchanged, says farm owner Laura De Maria. “There still is no better way to celebrate the holiday than with a delicious turkey raised by your local farm,” she says. Broad-breasted white turkeys cost $4.49 per pound and are available in any size, she says. “Please call to reserve the size you would like, and then you can pick up your turkey fresh the week of Thanksgiving.”

Free-range chicken and Black Angus beef are also available. Other products include pork, lamb, Italian sausages, smoked bacon, eggs, cheese, yogurt, milk, ice cream, honey and seasonal produce. The farm market is open year-round, seven days a week. Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
